| 摘 要： | 结合水轮机在设计、生产、检验及试验方面的情况，阐述了水轮机性能指标评价现状及存在的问题，对水轮机性能指标的评价方式、评价策略及应用进行了综合分析，提出了水轮机性能指标系统评价的差异（率）表方式和“三三九”法则，为全面评价考核水轮机性能、促进水轮机产品质量的提高提供指导和参考。

| Abstract: | Combining the design,production,examination and test,expounds the present conditions and existed problems in water turbine performance evaluation,introduces the modes and methods of performance evaluation and its application.The patterns of the difference tables for performance evaluation and thethree-three-ninerule are given.These have higher application value for evaluating water turbine performances and improving water turbine production quality. |
