| 摘 要： | 介绍了地区电网的黑启动调度预案,并以大同电网为例提出制定地区电网黑启动调度预案应注意的原则和方法,对黑启动中存在的自励磁、过电压问题进行了计算研究,同时通过仿真预演校验了调度预案的可行性,为今后黑启动的现场试验及具体实施提供了依据及建议。

| Abstract: | The local network black start dispatch reserve plan is introduced.This paper takes Datong netwrok as the example to propose formulate principles and methods which the reserve plan should be taken into consider,and does caulating research on problems existed in the black start self-excitation and the overvoltage at the same time vertifies the dispatch reserve plan feasibility through the simulation preview,thus provides the basis and the suggestions for the next black start field test and the concrete implementation. |
