超音速火焰喷涂Ni-MoS_2涂层结构与性能研究

摘    要:采用超音速火焰喷涂技术制备了镍包二硫化钼涂层,二硫化钼的含量约为22%,试验并分析了涂层的显微结构、硬度、结合强度、摩擦学特性,结果表明,涂层致密,孔隙率低,结合强度为13.68MPa,硬度为HRB94.5,涂层有较强的抗裂纹萌生与扩展的能力。涂层干摩擦系数约为0.25~0.32,圆柱状的磨粒分布均匀,在摩擦副中有滚子的功能,能有效地减少磨损,涂层的磨损机理为磨粒磨损。

Abstract:The self-lubricating coating was sprayed by HVOF.The spray material is Nickel coated MoS2 with 22% of MoS2.The coating is dense in microstructure with low porosity and degradation.The mean bonding strength of Ni-MoS2 coating is about 13.68 MPa,and the mean hardness is HRB94.5.Tribological performance was evaluated by the testing of dry friction co-efficient.The friction coefficient is about 0.25 to 0.32,and the wear granule is symmetry with a uniform distribution in size.The main wear failure mode is abrasi...
