摘    要:在综合考虑飞轮执行机构的动量容量、输出力矩、质量、体积、功耗、成本及复杂性等因素的基础上,基于优化设计软件ISIGHT及结构有限元分析软件ANSYS,对基于磁悬浮轴承技术的反作用飞轮的结构外形尺寸进行动态优化设计,在确保反作用飞轮结构在给定设计转速下能达到一定的角动量,同时满足结构强度、刚度、形态等方面的要求的前提下,使反作用飞轮的质量最小,优化结果令人满意。设计思路和方法可以用于系列反作用飞轮结构的设计和研制。

Abstract:Considering the momentum capability,export moment,weight,volume, cost and complexity etc. of the flywheel operation device,the outline parameters of a reaction-wheel structure was designed dynamically optimum to satisfy the requirements that are as follows:(1) to ensure the reaction-wheel to arrive at an angle momentum level at designed angle velocity;(2)to ensure the reaction-wheel structure to satisfy the requirements of strength, stiffness, shape, size, etc.;(3) to farthest reduce the weight of the reaction-wheel structure. This optimum design was based on the multidisciplinary design optimization software ISIGHT and the large-scale general software ANSYS. The optimal result is satisfactory.The design idea and the method to establish the analytical model presented herein are useful for design of a series of reaction-wheel.
