摘    要:紫坪铺水利枢纽工程帷幕灌浆由于地质条件差,地层软弱复杂,灌浆注入量大,且极易发生浆液串冒和基础抬动现象。为了节约灌浆成本,控制浆液扩散半径,防止基础破坏,在灌浆施工过程中采取了抬动观测控制、自动灌浆监测和控制灌浆等措施。介绍了该灌浆工程的施工方法,抬动观测控制、自动灌浆监测、过程质量控制及特殊情况的灌浆质量控制。

Abstract:Because of poor geologic conditions and weak and complicated formation,a large quantity of grout is injected,grout is easily emitted and foundation is uplifted during curtain grouting at Zipingpu project.To reduce grouting cost,control grout diffusion radius and prevent foundation damage,some measures, including uplift observation control,automatic grouting monitoring and control grouting were taken during grouting.Construction method,uplift observation control,automatic grouting monitoring,process quality control and grouting quality control under some special conditions are described.
