摘    要:针对传统计算机工业控制中采用模拟信号与伺服放大器配合使用易出现的问题,省去伺服放大器,采用开关型电动执行器,同时编制了相应的数字 PID控制程序.改后能降低成本,简化控制环节,提高控制质量,延长使用寿命.

Abstract:Aiming at some problems appeared in combining analogy signal and ser vo amplifier in the conventional industry environment,we use switching electric actuator without servo amplifier,at the same time,we program a corresponding PID algorithm for the process.By this way,cost can be reduced,process can be simpli fied,control quality can be improved and the automation apparatus will run longe r.Introduced into a batch pulping process,this control method performs very well .
