运用建构性评价理论促进教师的专业化发展

摘    要:教师专业化发展已成为国际教师教育改革的趋势,受到许多国家的重视,也是当下教育改革实践提出的一个具有重大理论意义的课题。而评价是促进教师专业化发展的重要组成部分。本文就传统评价的弊端和建构性评价的优势,提出运用建构性评价来促进教师的专业化发展。

The Use of Constructive Evaluation to Promote the Teachers' Professional Development

Abstract:The teachers' professional development has become an international trend in the educational reform, which is regarded highly by many countries, and it is also a meaningful topic in the present circumstance of educational reform. However, evaluation plays an important role in promoting professional development of teachers. So, this paper discussed the limitation of traditional evaluation and the advantages of constructive evaluation, and suggested to use constructive evaluation to promote the professional development of teachers.
