摘    要:对二氧化碳超临界流体(SCF-CO2)条件下,和常规条件下铬鞣所得坯革的组织构造、铬鞣坯革及鞣后湿处理的半成品革的机械物理性能进行了对比研究,得出了相应的结论:SCF-CO2条件下无论是浸酸铬鞣还是不浸酸铬鞣,其坯革纤维间隙均高于常规条件下相对应的坯革,且成革的卫生性能更好,所得坯革的厚度、面积均优于常规铬鞣,其厚度和面积分别比常规铬鞣增大了7·16%和2·15%,其机械性能如抗张强度、撕裂强度等均达到或超过常规铬鞣。

Abstract:The histological structure and physical mechanical properties of chrome-tanned leather within SCF-CO_2 medium were compared with the leather tanned within water medium. The results showed that the fiber clearance of chrome-tanned leather within SCF-CO_2 was larger than that of leather tanned within water, either with pickling or without pickling process. The thickness and the area of the leather is increased 7.16% and 2.15% respectively to the normal chrome tanned leather, and also physical mechanical properties such as tensile strength and tear resistance were either reached or exceed that of the normal chrome tanned leather.
