电力系统信息产业的发展方向

从通信设备制造厂商的兼并到电信运营企业重组的世界电信发展格局出发，分析了电信技术领域激烈动荡的原因，对今后５年通信技术的发展和中国加入ＷＴＯ后对中国电信行业的影响进行了预测，提出了电力系统目前应用利用输电线路这一宝贵资源重点建设光缆线路，为通信网络的发展，建设提供高可靠性的“黄金通道”，在光缆线路的建设上应该从实际需要出发，以线路建设带动网络建设，用网络建设支撑路建设，还主张在光缆线路的建设上进行

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTION OF INFORMATION BRANCH IN POWER INDUSTRY

According to the trend of the annexation of communication equipment manufactures and the recomposition of telecommunication enterprises all over the world, the reason of intense turbulence in the field of telecommunication is analyzed, the development of communication technique of China in the five year from now on and the influence on domestic telecommunication after joining of WTO is forecasted. To meet the need of communication for power systems, it is necessary to construct domestic optical cable lines by fully use of existing transmission lines to provide reliable channels for communication. In the construction of optical cable lines it is not sure to follow the modes which are applied by public telecommunication networks at present, but to promote the construction of telecommunication lines by that of network construction according to the practical requirement and vice versa. The primary combination among trades in the construction of optical cable lines is advocated and some relevant proposals are suggested.
