掘进机截割载荷极值能量的频率识别

摘    要:基于小波包分解提取信号的多尺度空间能量特征的基本原理,采用小波包分析技术对掘进机截割三向载荷信号进行分解,并选择能量比重较大的低频信号进行重构,运用Matlab进行仿真计算,得出掘进机截割载荷信号重构后的功率谱图,由此检测出掘进机截割载荷极值能量的频率分别为3.40, 375, 3.00 Hz,载荷能量集中在2.5~5.0 Hz之间.

Abstract:Based on the fundamental principle of multi scale spatial energy feature of signal extraction by using wavelet packet decomposition, wavelet packet analysis methods were adopted to divide the signal of cutting there direction loads of roadheader, and the dominating components from wavelet packet decomposition was reconstructed, and the power spectrums of reconstructed signals were obtained by the implementation of Matlab in simulation computation. The results show that the frequency of cutting power extreme energy is 3.40, 3.75, 300 Hz, and the loads energy focuses on 2.5~5.0 Hz.
