摘    要:介绍了中石化股份有限公司高桥分公司炼油厂3号重油催化裂化装置的E—138烟气轮机(简称烟机)的实际运行状况,阐述了烟机运行在烟气能量回收中的作用及影响烟机运行质量的几个因素。针对这些因素采取相应的措施:改善烟机用冷却蒸汽品质、提高蒸汽过热度;消除烟机轮盘催化剂堆积;严格控制和定期检测烟气固体含量;提高临界喷嘴运行的可靠性;加强烟机运行状态的监测,获得较明显节能效果。但在硬件配置上还存在一些问题。

Energy saving methods of E-138 flue gas turbine
Abstract:s The running status of E-138 flue gas turbine on No.3 FCCU Fluidized-bed catalytic cracking unit in SINOPEC GaoQiao Filiale Refinery is described. The functions of the flue gas turbine in the energy recovery are expounded. The factors effecting the work quality of the flue gas turbine are analyzed and relative measures are proposed as follows improving the quality of the cooling steam raising the superheat degree of the steam eliminating the catalyst deposit on the turbine wheel disc controlling strictly the solids content in the flue gas improving the running reliability of critical nozzle and strengthening the monitoring of running status of the turbine. Obvious energy saving effect is achieved after the above measures are put into effect.
