高斯光束的激光变焦扩束光学系统设计

摘    要:远距离激光主动探测体制对扩束发射光学系统的扩束能力及其对距离的适应性能提出了较高的要求。针对某系统所用的1.06μmYAG调Q脉冲激光器,分析设计了一个可变扩束比为1.5-10的变焦扩束光学系统。按照高斯光束特殊传输及变换规律对变焦扩束系统进行分析,得出了可用的初始结构参数,并以此优化设计出的扩束光学系统满足了系统扩束比及其变焦范围的要求。

Abstract:The active laser detecting system of far distance puts strict demands on the expanding ability and the adaptability to the distance of the expanding system. The paper presents a detailed analysis and design of the 1.06 microns impulse laser expanding optical system whose expanding ratio range can be about 1.5 times to 10 times. Moreover, by analyzing this expanding system with the special rule that Gaussian beams apply when transferring and transforming, the paper gives the feasible initial frame data which are used to make the optical design. The results show that the expanding system can satisfy the demand of the expanding ratio and the varifocal range.
