摘    要:本文针对信令信道(SDCCH)拥塞问题,提出了常规性的解决办法,并分析了各种方法的不足,然后针对铁路无线覆盖中SDCCH拥塞问题,提出了一种新的解决方法,并通过实践验证了这种方法的良好效果。对于即将建成的高速铁路,该方法也为其沿线的小区在信道配置方面拓展了新的思路。

Abstract:To solve the signaling channel SDCCH congestion, this paper proposed the conventional solutions and analyzed their shortages. Then it proposed a new solution to settle the SDCCH congestion, especially for railway wireless coverage. Facts have proved that it was an effective way. For the forthcoming high-speed railway, the method provided a new idea to allocate the channels for the cell along the railway.
