含氧汽油生命周期排放评价

摘    要:利用生命周期评价理论,建立了含氧汽油从原料生产列车辆使用的生命周期排放评价模型。以VOC,CO,SOx,NOx,PM10排放和全球变暖影响潜力为评价指标,对采用木薯乙醇、MTBE、ETBE和TAME作为含氧添加剂的含氧汽油进行了生命周期排放评价,并进行了比较。同时分析了影响木薯乙醇含氧添加剂生产阶段排放的主要因素及降低排放的方法。结果表明:在汽油中添加含氧添加剂可以明显降低其生命周期VOC、CO、SOx排放和全球变暖影响潜力指标,而且,木薯乙醇是符合可持续发展要求的、可再生的、绿色的含氧添加剂。

Abstract:A life cycle emission assessment model for oxygenated gasoline,from its feedstock to the use on a vehicle,was established according to the life cycle assessment theory.The VOC,CO,SO X,NO X,PM 10 ,and their Global Warming Potential (GWP) were taken as the quotas for assessment.The kinds of oxygenate additives,including cassava based ethanol,MTBE,ETBE,TAME,moreover the main emission effect factors during cssava based ethanol production and the method to cut down emissions were discussed.The results show that adding all kinds of oxygenated additives into gasoline will reduce the life cycle VOC,CO,SO X,emissions and the GWP.The cassava based ethanol is sustainable,reproducible and green additive.
