广丰膨润土有机改性及其在PMMA中应用初探

摘    要:为提高广丰膨润土对有机试剂的相容性,并且利于将有机试剂引入层间,作者采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(1631)对广丰钠化膨润土进行有机改性研究。考察了反应温度、反应时间、1631用量、矿浆浓度等因素对改性效果的影响。在较佳实验条件下所得样品阳离子交换容量可达100mol/100g以上,在有机溶剂中能分散均匀。初步在PMMA(有机玻璃)中使用,结果表明对PMMA具有较好的增韧效果。

Abstract:In order to increase the interlinkage between the Guangfeng Bentonite and the organic solvent,the bentonite is organo modified by the 1631.The effects of the factors such as the reaction temperature, reaction time, dosage of the 1631 and pulp concentration are investigated.At the better reaction conditions,the product whose CEC is about 100mmol/100g can evenly disperse in the organic solvent.It is applied to the PMMA and the results showed that it can toughen the PMMA in a way.
