摘    要:电刷是将励磁电流通入高速旋转的转子的关键部件。运行中如果维护不到位,将会导致过热现象,严重危及发电机的安全运行。通过分析电刷发热的产生、发展,引起电刷过热的因素,结合实践经验,总结出电刷过热的预防措施。

Abstract:Excitation brush provides access for excitation current into high-speed rotor. Without perfect maintenance in brush, overheat will occurred and threaten operation. Reasons for overheat brush were analyzed and prevention measures were put forward.
