包钢加固管道支架的整体性能分析

摘    要:考虑加固后的管道支架参与整体受力,采用有限元软件对加固管架进行整体模拟,对比分析采用外包钢加固管道支架单片平面框架计算模型和采用相同结构特征的整体计算模型的承载力值.分析表明:管道参与整体受力,加固后的管道支架整体受力比单片平面框架计算值较小,且靠近固定管架的加固支架差值较大,可适当减小该处加固型钢截面,以减少用钢量.

Whole performance analysis of steelencased pipe racks

Abstract:To consider the reinforced pipe rack to participate in the overall force,using the finite element software to analog the overall reinforcement pipe rack, comparative analysis of monolithic plane frame, the bearing capacity of the model and the overall calculation model using the same structural characteristics, the analysis shows, pipeline involved in the overall force, the overall support force value of reinforced pipe is smaller than the monolithic planar frame calculation, and the closer to the fixed tube frame reinforcement rack the smaller of the support force value . In order to reduce the amount of steel,we may be appropriate to reduce its reinforcement steel Sections.
