摘    要:使用液相法制备无定形二水合磷酸铁,并将其在不同的温度下灼烧获得一系列样品.使用X射线粉末衍射仪、透射电子显微镜等表征了样品.测试部分样品的充放电性能.样品T330在0.1 mA/cm2的电流密度下,第二次循环的放电容量达到111.2 mAh/g.灼烧温度较低时,样品脱水不完全;灼烧温度高时,样品由无定形转变为晶体且颗粒尺寸变大;这两个因素都使样品的放电容量下降.

Abstract:Amorphous hydrated iron ( III ) phosphate was synthesized by aqueous method,and it was heated at different temperatures to get a series of samples. The samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,transmission electron microscopy. The charge/discharge performances of some samples were also tested in analogous lithium cell. The capacity of the second discharge cycle of the sample T330 was up to 111.2 mAh/g at a current density of 0. 1mA/cm2.The lower temperature caused the incomplete dehydration;and the higher temperature led to phase change and particle growth;both two factors decreased the capacity of the samples.
