摘    要:排土场、矸石山占地是采矿业对土地破坏极重要的方面,超高台阶排土场建设是减少采矿业对土地资源破坏的创新对策.因传统极限平衡分析不适应超高台阶排土场稳定性分析需求,因此,通过剖析该分析机制,建立以GPS技术为基础的反分析决策体系,获得了显著实效.

Abstract:Refuse dump and heap are a most important aspect about the destruction of mining land resource, and the construction of over-high steps is an innovative countermeasure. The equilibrium analysis of traditional limit doesn't adjust to the requirement of the stability analysis of over-high refuse dump. Anti-analysis' decision-making system establishing with the basis of GPS technology through analyzing mechanism has gotten an actual effect.
