直流电缆负荷循环系统中温控介质轴向温度分布仿真研究

摘    要:对交联聚乙烯绝缘直流电缆负荷循环系统的轴向温度分布进行了仿真研究,提出了流体流速、流体传热和固体传热耦合条件下对被试电缆绝缘层温度梯度进行控制的方案。运用COMSOL Multiphysics软件进行仿真,建立了二维轴对称仿真模型,得出水温、线芯导体温度和绝缘层温差轴向分布规律,指出当进水口和出水口水温温度差符合试验要求时,沿电缆长度各处线芯导体温度和绝缘层温差也将符合要求。

Abstract:Aiming at axial temperature distribution of XLPE DC cable load cycle testing system, a simulation study about the coupling calculation of fluid flow, fluid heat transfer and solid heat transfer is carried out in this paper. The COMSOL Multiphysics software is used for simulation and a 2D axisymmetric model is set up. The distribution correlations among water temperature, core conductor temperature and temperature difference of insulation are obtained,finding that the axial uniformity of core conductor temperature and temperature difference of insulation will reach pre-set values if the temperature difference between water inlet and outlet can be precisely controlled.
