| 摘 要： | 分析16t黄铜炉组生产过程中烟气污染的原因,提出除尘系统改造方案,着重介绍系统改造设计方案、控制方案和软硬件结构的特点及设计思想。长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘器在16t黄铜炉组除尘系统中的成功应用表明,本除尘系统功能强,性能好,可靠性高,改善了作业环境。

| Abstract: | Reasons for the smoke pollution in production of a 16 ton brass furnace group are analyzed. A rebuild scheme for the dedust system is provided and introduced in detail of its design,control,software/hardware structure. The sack deduster,which features long sack,low pressure and pulse,is applied successfully to a 16 ton brass furnace group. This fact shows that the dedust system is of strong functions,good performances and high reliability thus is of capable to improve the operation. environment. |
