摘    要:多阶段成败型产品可靠性的Bayes评估,其模型使用混合验前分布,并将历史与现场样本的拟合优度相结合来确定混合分布中的继承因子.其评估包括先融合各阶段试验信息的成败型产品可靠性评估模型,再通过确定各阶段验前分布、融合各阶段试验信息的混合验前分布、以及继承因子等.

Abstract:The Bayes assessment of multi-phase success or failure product reliability. Its model adopted mixed prior distribution and goodness-of-fit of history and local samples to ensure the inheritance factors in mixed distribution, its assessment includes success or failure product reliability assessment models which contain test information of every phase; then ensuring the phase prior distribution, the mixed prior distribution and inherence factors of fusing test information.
