摘    要:为了解决在实际蒸汽动力系统调度中过程数据缺乏的问题,引入模糊规划方法.针对不精确的过程数据,提出在不确定情况下蒸汽动力系统的调度策略.采用三角模糊数刻画不精确参数,建立调度问题的模糊模型.采用α满意度法和必然性测度法使模糊模型清晰化,将模糊模型转化为混合整数线性规划(MILP)问题进行求解.通过模糊参数的灵敏度分析,指出对结果影响较大的关键变量.某石化企业的实例研究表明,电力需求的变化对系统影响最大.

Abstract:The process data were hard to obtain in existing scheduling methods for steam power system. A scheduling strategy under uncertainty was proposed to deal with the inaccurate data in steam power system. The inaccurate data was presented by triangular fuzzy number, and a fuzzy scheduling model was established. Then the fuzzy model was shifted to a deterministic mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model by using necessity measures and α-level method. Sensitivity analysis was conducted to identify the effects of the imprecise parameters. An example from a certain petrochemical complex was adopted. Results showed that the power demand was most sensitive in the system.
