射频同步开关的硬件电路设计方法

摘    要:为了提高直放站性能,提出工作于2 010~2 025 MHz频率的射频同步开关的工作机理与设计方法.设计中采用的关键技术是双PIN管串联,深度偏置和1/4波长阻抗变换器.为验证所提概念的正确性,在印刷电路板平台上制作了射频同步开关原型.测试结果表明,所设计的射频同步开关性能较好,传输通道内发送信号和接收信号的隔离度达到50 dB,信号的插入损耗小于1.5 dB,射频同步开关的承受功率达到5 W.

Abstract:In order to improve the performance for repeater station, the mechanism and design method for radio frequency synchronized switch at the frequency of 2010 MHz to 2025 MHz are presented in this paper. The key technologies utilized in the design include the two PIN diodes series connection, the deep bias voltage setting and the application of quarter wavelength impedance converter. The prototype of radio frequency synchronized switch has been realized using traditional printed circuit board technology to validate the proposed concepts. The designed radio frequency synchronized switch exhibits good performance. The isolation is larger than 50 dB, the insertion loss is less than 1.5 dB and the input or output power handling is 5 W.
