基于Hausdorff距离的穴位阻抗重复性

摘    要:为了实现人体电阻抗的自动连续扫描,开发设计一套基于直角坐标机器人的穴位点与经络阻抗扫描系统.为了检测该阻抗扫描系统的稳定性与可重复性,提出采用Hausdorff距离来评价不同数据曲线的相似程度.选取人体背部两肩胛冈下角点之间的直线段作为扫描路径.采用同惠公司生产的TH2825阻抗分析器来测量阻抗数据.该实验中激励信号为幅值为1 V、频率为1 kHz的正弦波,量程设为100 kΩ.直角坐标机器人经过调节可以沿着上述的直线段自动、连续地测量处于凝胶电极与银电极之间的阻抗.该实验共选取7名受试者,在25 ℃、湿度为50%的环境下进行测量.每名受试者在同一直线上进行5次连续扫描.采用Hausdorff距离来评估从同一名受试者获得的5次阻抗采样数据曲线的可重复性与相似性.实验结果表明,该阻抗测量系统具有良好的稳定性与可重复性.

Abstract:An impedance scanning system of acupuncture points and meridians based on Cartesian robot was designed in order to achieve the automatic body electrical impedance scanning. Hausdorff distance was applied to evaluate similarity between the different data curves in order to test the stability and reproducibility of the impedance scanning system. The same straight line was selected which lay in two scapular bottom points on human back as the scanning track. TH2825 LCR meter was used to measure impedance data produced in Tonghui company. The excitation signal was sine wave which amplitude was 1 V, frequency was 1 kHz and the measuring range was set at 100 kΩ. The Cartesian coordinate robot can be modulated to measure the impedance between the gel electrode and the Ag electrode along the above-mentioned straight line automatically and continuously. Seven healthy subjects were selected in total, which were measured in the environment that temperature was 25 ℃ and moisture was 50%. Each subject took five times of continuous scanning on the same straight line. The Hausdorff distance was applied in order to evaluate the reproducibility and similarity between the sampling impedance data curves which were acquired from the same subject. Experimental results showed that the reproducibility and stability of the impedance measurement system was favorable.
