汽轮机高压缸内部漏汽的试验分析与处理

在汽轮机改造后的性能试验中，发现高压缸抽汽温度过高，通过分析认为缸内存在漏汽．并指出了漏汽的位置。通过开缸检修处理，消除了漏汽。并由再次试验验证了处理效果，提高了机组的经济性和安全性。

Test Analysis and Treatment of Inner Steam Leak in Turbine HP Cylinder

During the performance test implemented after turbine alteration,it is found that the HP cylinder extraction steam tempreture is abnormally high. Through analysis,it is considered,that steam leak exists in HP cylinder,and the position of leakage is pointed out. After treatment by open cylinder,the steam leak is eliminated,and the effect has been proven in another test. The unit performance of economy and safety is improved.
