Abstract:Contrapose the features and requirements of quality control in the production process of commercial ready-mixed concrete, a set of concrete slump computer-control system is designed. Hall sensor is adopted to measure AC current value of motor at the moment that the concrete is mixed uniformly in mixer. The relational database between the electrical current and concrete slump are set up after many tests so as to achieve the objective of slump monitoring with the detected motor current. And then the fuzzy control algorithm is used to complete feedback control of the charge ratio of batching system. Through the repeated adjustment of charge ratio, the slump of concrete produced are controlled in the qualified range.
