| 摘 要： | 双摆线齿轮减速器是应用外摆线内等距曲线作为齿轮齿廓曲线的一种新产品。其特点是:(1)双摆线啮合;(2)在节点附近近似面接触;(3)齿廓间形成包油腔。应用摆线等距线齿轮组成的一齿差行星减速器与摆线针轮减速器相比,具有效率高、承载能力大和结构简单等优点。

| Abstract: | The double cycloid gear reducer is a kind of new product which applies external cycloid internal equidistant curve as the curve of gear flank profile, It is characterized b y; 1) double cycloid engagement; 2) approxinate face contact near the pitch point; 3) an oil chamber formed between teeth contours.Compared with the cycloid pin wheel gearbox , the planetary gearbox with one tooth difference,formed by cycloid equidistant line gears has advantages of high efficiency large loading capacity and simple structure etc. |
