| 摘 要： | 本文对公用付费电话的发展及ＩＣ卡付费方式的先进性作了简要分析，阐述了ＩＣ卡及其技术特点、ＩＣ卡公用付费电话系统的话机系统及管理系统的结构和功能，最后介绍了ＩＣ卡付费电话系统的发展现状及前景。
