摘    要:介绍了电解槽的节能原理与新型导气式阳极,分析了传统阳极与新型导气式阳极的优缺点。通过电解槽上应用实践对比,证明了新型导气式阳极有利于阳极气体的排出,能有效降低阳极过电压与气泡压降,减少"二次"反应的发生,提高电流效率,从而实现节能效果。

Abstract:This paper describes the pre-baked aluminum reduction cell's energy saving principles and new gas operated anode, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional and new gas operated anode. Through contrast of practice on the aluminum reduction cell, it proved that the new type of gas operated anode is benefit to discharge anode gas, reduces the over-voltage and anode voltage drop bubbles effectively, decreases the "secondary" reactions, and improves the current efficiency achieving energy saving.
