铅-铜复合丝包覆挤压研究

摘    要:介绍了铅包铜复合丝的应用前景,通过实验探索了铅包铜复合丝挤压工艺参数对出丝速度的影响。分析了复合丝挤压缺陷产生的原因,并提出了解决问题的措施,试验得出的工艺参数可用于连续包覆挤压生产。

Abstract:This paper introduces an applying future of Pb/Cu composite wire. The effect of clad-extrusion technological parameters on clad-extrusion velocity of Pb/Cu composite wire was investigated by test. According to large amount of tested results, the reasons that defects are formed in processing of clad-extrusion are being analyzed, and the measure of resolving problem is proposed. the technological parameters produced by test can be applied in continuous clad-extrusion.
