柔性化设计小车钢结构的分析与研究

摘    要:应用有限元计算方法对3种结构形式小车架进行定量分析和对比计算,分析小车架轮压应激响应及由于轨道不平或制造原因使小车4轮位置变化而产生的附加内应力,论证了柔性化小车设计可行性,改善了起重机整体受力状态,降低整机净空占用和整机重量。为柔性化设计理念提供了有力的支持,同时为超低净空大吨位桥式起重机的成功研制奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:Quantitative analysis and comparison calculation of three types of trolley frames is conducted with finite element method. Influence of uneven rail on trolley frame wheel load and additional inner stress caused by uneven rail or improper manufacturing are discussed. Through flexibly designing trolley structure, the whole crane load carrying condition is improved and the headroom and the whole equipment weight are reduced. It provides a theoretical basis for super - low headroom large tonnage overhead traveling crane development.
