摘    要:该文以国内养老研究的检索文献为资料源,从宏观的社会发展层面、中观的城市规划层面以及微观的建筑设计层面,就国内应对老龄化社会的相关研究进展及现存问题进行汇总与剖析,基于对文献的研究和对国家政策的解读,从生态化节能导向下的绿色养老住区,智能化技术支撑下的智慧社区,多元化服务需求下的医养融合,社会化交往背景下的多代居及多代互助社区,提炼出养老居住模式未来的发展动向并给予建设策略,以期为今后养老建设的发展研究提供帮助。

Abstract:Based on the reference fo related literatures about domestic research on settlement modes for the aged, this paper summarizes and analyzes the related studies progressing and the present problems to meet the aging challenge from three aspects: social development in macro level, urban planning in mesoscopic level and architectural design in microscopic level. Based on a great deal of research on relevant literatures and unscrambling of national policies, the green endowment settlements guided by eco energy conservation, smart communities supported by intellectual technology, medical support for the elderly produced by the multiple service needs, and multi-generation-family Dwelling as well as Multi generation mutual community in the background of social communication are analyzed and discussed to refine the future development trends of settlement modes for the aged. Finally, some suggestions about the construction strategy are given to providing help for further studies on architectures for the aged.
