钢管钢纤维混凝土短柱轴压性能的有限元分析

摘    要:对3根钢管混凝土试件(1根钢管混凝土短柱和2根钢管钢纤维混凝土短柱)进行轴压试验。试验结果表明:掺入钢纤维能有效提高钢管混凝土柱的延性,对其承载力的提高作用较小。在此基础上,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对钢管钢纤维高强混凝土短柱的轴心受压性能进行有限元分析,实验结果与有限元结果符合良好。对轴压短柱进行参数分析,分析钢管壁厚,混凝土强度及钢纤维含量对钢管混凝土柱力学性能的影响。研究表明:钢管壁厚对轴压短柱的承载力影响较为明显,其延性也略有提高;混凝土强度对钢管混凝土柱的承载力有一定提高,但随着强度的增大延性略有降低;钢纤维含量对轴压短柱的承载能力略有提高但对其延性的提高作用较为明显。

Abstract:The three concrete-tilled steel tube columns (1 concrete-tilled steel tube columns and 2 tiber reinforced high strength concrete-tilled steel tube columns) proceed axial compression test. The test results demonstrate that the bearing ductility of columns and the eccentricity has a little influence on axially-loaded capacity. The mechanical properties of strengthened columns subjected to eccentric load were analyzed by using the finite element software ABAQUS. The predicted results agree well with the experimental results. Parameter study is conducted to investigate the effects of steel ratio, compressive strength of concrete and steel tiber ratio on the mechanical properties of short columns. The study result shows that the steel ratio and compressive strength of concrete play an important role in the bearing capacity of strengthened columns, while the steel tiber ratio does not. But steel fiber ratio has an obvious effect on enhancing the ductility of the strengthened columns.
