高压气动容积减压装置的控制器设计

摘    要:本文研究了运用于气动汽车高压气动容积减压装置的控制器,建立了高压气动实验系统。为适应气动汽车上采用蓄电池供电及工作空间有限的条件,没计了采用msp430超低功耗单片机作为微处理器的控制器。对高压气动容积减压预测PID控制方法进行了实验研究,实验表明该减压系统可以实现稳定的输出压力控制,气源压力的变化对于输出压力的稳定性影响较小。在气动汽车上的应用试验表明容积减压系统在功能上满足了气动汽车的要求。

Abstract:The controller of high pressure reduction with expander pneumatic system was researched.A high-pressure pneumatic system experimental table was set up.MSP430 ultra-low power consumption chip was adopted as the MCU of the controller inorder to adapt to the limited power supply and working space on the compressed air powered vehicles(CAPV).The experimental Research was done about the predictive PID control of high pressure reduction with expander pneumatic system. Experimental results indicate that can supply stable output pressure,and pressure variation of air supply has little effect to the stable of output pressure.Application tests on the CAPV indicate that pressure reduction with expander system satisfies the requirements of the CAPV in function.
