基于红外热像技术的电接触故障诊断

摘    要:基于红外热像技术的电接触故障诊断的研究,主要对接线端子发热型故障物理原因进行分析,建立了接线端子的热模型。通过某电厂实际算例的分析,表明了传导模型的正确性,并且通过实践证明,对接触点处温升的估算和电接触故障诊断是合理的。

Abstract:Fault diagnosis of electrical connector contacts based on infrared thermal imaging technology is researched in the pa- per.The heated physical cause of connector is analyzed and heated model of connector is set up.By the analysis of practical example,the validity of the conducted model is indicated.The estimation of temperature rising of connector and fault diagnosis of electrical connector contacts are reasonable by practice of power plant.
