基于ADAMS的简谐激振位移强迫振动仿真与分析

摘    要:利用ADAMS/View对单自由度有阻尼包装系统进行建模,施加约束和驱动后,进行振动仿真,并通过ADAMS/PostProcessor对结果进行后处理,得到产品受迫振动响应曲线。分析曲线发现:AD-AMS软件用于包装件的简谐激振位移的强迫振动仿真具有一定的可行性,产品的响应曲线可实时显示,便于设计人员分析产品振动情况,改进缓冲衬垫,进而一定程度上节省了设计时间。

Abstract:The author models single-degree-of-freedom damped vibration system by ADAMS/View,exert constraints and drive and vibration simulation,and process results by ADAMS/PostProcessor,and get the product’s forced vibration response curve.The result is ADAMS software package that be used to simulation of harmonic vibration displacement forced vibration has certain feasibility,product response curve can real-time display,easy to designer analysis product vibration and cushion improvement,and save the design time to a certain extent.
