| 摘 要： | 应用华北电力大学开发的转子热应力分析软件，分析计算500MW汽轮机转子的热应力，得到了从转子建模到温度场和热应力场计算全过程的图形输入与显示，可减轻工程技术人员的数据处理工作量，加强现场运行人员对各种运行工况下转子热应力分布规律的了解，为机组的安全运行提供了保证。

| Abstract: | The concepts and methods of visualization technique are shown in this paper with the introduction of the analysis software for thermal-stress of rotor. The process of model creating,temperature and thermal-stress calculation and the data I/O are finished by figures.The software is easy to use and high in efficiency. |
