自动颗粒计数法在航空燃油附件中的应用

摘    要:介绍了航空燃油附件的特点和其对污染度控制的要求,分析比较了几种污染度检测方法。着重研究了污染度检测方法中的自动颗粒计数法,提出了一种精确、高效的航空燃油附件污染度控制方法,确定了应用实施的步骤。采用该方法应用于航空燃油附件污染度检测后,有效地保证了航空燃油附件的可靠性,减少了故障和返修。

Abstract:The paper introduces the characteristic of aeroengine fuel pump and the requirement for contamination control,and compares the methods for checking contamination.The paper researchs automatic particle counting method about checking contamination,and brings out a kind of precise and efficient method of controlling contamination for aeroengine fuel pump,and confirmss a process for application.Using the method can ensure the relliability of aeroengine fuel pump,and reduce fault and refix
