摘    要:以上海日野发动机有限公司P11C型柴油机曲轴的实例,从曲轴油道孔的加工环节开始,详细分析了各相关环节中可能影响油孔清洁的各种因素,阐述了实现曲轴油孔清洁的方法与措施。介绍了电解去毛刺、高压清洗、刷油孔等辅助加工方法在曲轴油孔清洁工艺中的应用,对如何保证曲轴油孔清洁度具有一定的指导与参考意义。

Abstract:Taking the machining of crankshaft of Shanghai Hino P11C engine as an example,factors are analyzed in detail that may affect cleanness of crankshaft oil-hole in various machining operations.Different methods and measures of reaching required cleanness are described and analyzed,such as electrochemical deburring,high pressure cleaning,oil-hole brush,etc,which provides guidance and reference for guaranteeing crankshaft oil-hole cleanness.
