铀水冶厂浸出矿浆氧化还原电位在线检测仪表改进与应用

摘    要:工业ORP计在铀水冶厂浸出工艺生产中存在易受酸碱腐蚀、耐高温性差、易受矿石磨损的问题,选择复合ORP电极解决这些问题。复合ORP电极设计了自动清洗装置,解决了电极结垢影响测量准确度问题;二次仪表采用单片机技术,实现了ORP仪表智能化。改进后的智能型ORP计已应用于铀水冶厂,指导浸出车间工业生产。

Abstract:The problems for application of industrial ORP meter in uranium mill leaching process are easily corroded by acid and alkali, not resisted to high temperature and easily worn by ore abrasion;these problems are solved by the selection of composite ORP electrode. An automatic cleaning device was designed for the sensor electrode to solve the problem of compound ORP electrode scaling which affects the measurement accuracy. The secondary instrument adopts single chip microcomputer technology to realize the intelligent ORP instrument. The improved intelligent ORP meter has been used in uranium mill to guide the industrial production of leaching process.
