木梨子单宁提取工艺优化研究

摘    要:用超声波法以水作为提取剂提取木梨子中的单宁。在单因素试验的基础上,进行正交试验,确定最佳工艺条件为:料液比为1∶20 g·mL~(-1),提取温度为40℃,时间为5 min,在该工艺条件下,木梨子单宁的提取率为68.8%。

Abstract:ultrasonic extraction of tannin from the pear with water as the extractant. On the basis of single factor experiment, orthogonal experiment was carried out, and the optimum technological conditions were determined as follows: the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶20 g·mL~(-1), the extraction temperature was40 ℃, and the time was 5 min,. The extraction rate of tannin was 68.8%.
