| 摘 要： | 建立了柠檬烯水剂农药中d-柠檬烯的气相色谱(GC)分析方法。以HP-innowax (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱为色谱柱,乙酸丁酯为内标物,采用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),内标法定量测定d-柠檬烯含量。结果表明,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,精密度良好,平均回收率为100.3%。所建立的分析方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,适用于农药水剂中d-柠檬烯的含量检测。

Determination of d-Limonene by Gas Chromatography Internal Standard Method |

| Abstract: | To establish of a gas chromatography(GC) method for the determination of d-limonene in aqueous solution. Selecting butyl acetate as an internal standard,using HP-innowax(30 m ×0.25 mm ×0.25?m) capillary column gas chromatography with FID detector to determine d-Limonene. better linear relation was found between the peak area and the concentration of d-Limonene,r=0.9999,the precision was well,the average recovery was 100.3%. This method for the determination of d-Limonene was simple,accurate and rapid.The method is suitable for the determination of d-limonene in aqueous solution. |
