摘    要:建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定粉煤灰中微量铀的分析方法。对测定过程中不确定度来源进行分析,合成了扩展不确定度。结果表明重复性引入的不确定度和铀标准溶液配制引入的不确定度是测定粉煤灰中铀的主要影响因素。

Abstract:The method of determination of trace uranium in coal fly ashes was established by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The sources of the uncertainty were analysed in process of determination. The expanded uncertainty was synthetized. The results show that repeatability and standard uranium solution preparation were two major factors which influence the uncertainty in the uranium analysis process.
