地浸矿山风能增效蒸发装置的研究与应用

摘    要:地浸采铀矿山废水处理的主要方法是自然蒸发法,该方法受环境影响大、蒸发效果差。针对自然蒸发法的缺点提出了风能增效蒸发法,通过扩大液面的蒸发面积,在风能和太阳能作用下对废水进行加速蒸发。风能增效蒸发装置可模块化设计,和自然蒸发池相比蒸发面积扩大了约27倍,蒸发耗能为1.467kW·h/t,成本为0.88元/t,具有较好的经济性。

Abstract:Natural evaporation is the main method to treat wastewater at in-situ leaching uranium mine,but the evaporation effect is greatly affected by the environment with poor efficiency.In view of the shortcomings of natural evaporation,the wind energy synergistic evaporation was proposed.By expanding the evaporation area of liquid surface,the wastewater was evaporated under the action of wind energy or solar energy.The wind energy synergistic evaporation device adopt module design,the device enlarges the evaporation area by about 27 times compared with the natural evaporation pool.The evaporation energy consumption is 1.467 kW·h/t and the cost is only 0.88 yuan/t.It has better economic efficiency.
