原子荧光法测定土壤中的砷和汞元素含量

摘    要:原子荧光法在测定土壤中的砷与汞时,能够以自身高灵敏度、光谱干扰少、测量步骤简单等优势来提高测定的实效性,进而快捷准确的实现测定工作,特别适用于痕量元素分析及多元素的同时测定。在测定时,需要以微波消解技术来实现对试样的消解处理,以原子荧光光度计来实现土壤中两种元素的同时测定。通过对原子荧光法在同时测土壤中砷和汞元素含量中的应用方法和步骤进行相关探讨分析。

Determination of Arsenic and Mercury in Soil by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

Abstract:In the determination of arsenic and m ercury in soil, the atomic fluorescence method can improve the effectiveness of the measurement with its own high sensitivity, less spectral interference and simple measurement steps, and then realize the measurement work quickly and accurately, especially for trace amounts. Elemental analysis and simultaneous determination of multiple elements. In the measurement, it is necessary to use a microwave digestion technique to achieve digestion of the sample, and an atomic fluorescence photometer is used to simultaneously measure the two elements in the soil. This paper will discuss the application methods and steps of atomic fluorescence spectrometry in the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in soil.
