梯形波纹板式换热器换热性能试验研究

摘    要:以水-水为换热介质,采用某型号梯形波纹板式换热器进行换热性能试验研究,通过流体流动状态、温度变化、压降和总换热系数对两种操作方式进行评价。结果表明,同时增加冷热流体流速的方式能够提升湍流度,并且可以将换热效率提高16. 35%,但是该操作方式升温效果较差,而且当冷热流体流速比值大于1时压降大、能耗也大。同时,通过等流速法计算获得换热准则方程和阻力准则方程,并计算获得梯形波纹板冷热流体的对流换热系数,结果表明,当2 000

Abstract:The heat transfer characteristics of a trapezoidal corrugated plate heat exchanger was experimentally studied using water-water as the heat transfer medium. The two operation modes were evaluated by fluid flow state,temperature change,pressure drop and total heat transfer coefficient. The results show that the turbulence could be increased by increasing the flow velocity of hot and cold fluids at the same time,and the heat transfer efficiency could be increased by 16. 35%. However,the temperature rise effect of this operation mode was relatively poor,and the pressure drop and energy consumption were large when the ratio of the flow velocities of hot and cold fluids was bigger than 1. At the same time,the heat transfer criterion equation and the resistance criterion equation were obtained by the equal velocity method. And the convective heat transfer coefficient of cold and hot fluids in the trapezoidal corrugated plate was calculated. The results show that when 2 000 < Re < 12 000,the convective heat transfer coefficient of the cold side was higher than that of the hot side. In addition,the friction resistance of the trapezoidal corrugated plate heat exchanger was relatively small compared with other types.
