摘    要:建立了测定辣椒红色素中辣椒碱、二氢辣椒碱和降二氢辣椒碱含量的高效液相荧光色谱分析方法。采用Sino chrom ODS-BP (4.6×250mm,550)色谱柱进行分离,荧光检测器检测,并通过外标法进行定量。该方法的线性范围为0.01~20mg/L,方法最低检出限为≤0.0086mg/L。样品的加标回收率分别为88.5%、90.0%、87.8%,RSD分别为0.2%~10.7%。该方法具有简便、快速、准确的优点,可用于检测和判断辣椒红产品中辣椒碱、二氢辣椒碱,降二氢辣椒碱的含量。

Determ inationofthree capsaicinoids content in paprika oleoresin by HPLC fluorescence detector

Abstract:A HPLC fluorescencedetector method for the determination of capsaicin dihydrocapsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in paprika oleoresin was established. The Sino chrom ods-bp( 4.6250 mm,550)chromatographic column was used for separation, fluorescence detector was used for detection, and quantitative analysis was performed by external standard method. The scope of this method was from 0.01 to 20 mg/L, the lowest limit of detection was 0.0086 mg/L. Standard recovery of samples were respective 88.5%、90.0%、87.8%, and RSD were between 0.2 to 10.7%. The method was simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used to detect and determine the content of capsaicin dihydrocapsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in capsaicin products.
