某铀矿山磨矿分级系统改造及应用研究

摘    要:针对难处理角砾岩型铀矿石硬度大、矿物嵌布粒度细的特点,结合现有破磨生产线实际情况,通过对磨矿分级系统配置和磨矿分级工艺参数调整、优化,满足了磨矿产品粒度要求。改造后磨矿产品-0.074mm粒级矿石可达到90%左右,磨矿分级系统处理能力5.2t/h,实现了高细度磨矿产品条件下磨矿分级系统的高效运行。该技术改造经验可为其他铀矿山企业磨矿分级"提质增效"提供借鉴。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of breccia ore with large hardness and fine particle size of minerals,it is necessary to remould the existing crushing and grinding production line to meet the particle size requirement of its grinding products.Through the adjustments and optimizations the crushing and grinding classification system configuration and parameters,the processing capacity of the grinding classification system reaches to 5.2 t/h,with 90% proportion of -0.074 mm particle size.Under the condition of high fineness grinding production,the high efficiency of grinding is realized.The experience provides reference for other uranium mills to improve their grinding system quality and efficiency.
