AP1000主管道安装关键技术

摘    要:为保证AP1000反应堆冷却剂主管道的安装满足设计要求,对测量技术、主管道坡口加工及主管道焊接变形控制进行了研究。结果表明:激光测量能完全满足精度控制要求,坡口加工的进刀量不超过0. 25 mm/次,对主管道焊接变形可进行有效控制及跟踪。在上述研究的指导下,主管道安装完全满足设计要求。

Abstract:In order to ensure that the installation of AP1000 reactor coolant main pipe meets the design requirements,researches were conducted on the measurement technology,groove preparation and welding deformation control of main pipe.Results show that the laser measurement can completely meet the installation precision control requirement of main pipe.The feed amount for groove machining should not exceed 0.25 mm/time,and the welding deformation of main pipe can be effectively controlled and tracked.Under the guidance of above researches,the installation of AP1000 reactor coolant main pipe can completely meet the design requirements.
